So I snuck in and took a few pictures of Mums craft room while she wasn’t looking. As you can see her passion for craft is overwhelming……… and by that I mean a mess. Well actually she had cleaned up.

Also be sure to check out the new customer gallery we put up.

Still having fun playing with Copics. The Geisha girl is not finished to give you an idea how you build an image with stamps and colouring.

My sister is coming to play in the next few days. Will share the results of our projects on the blog but shhhhh don’t tell her 😛

We added a fish to the Ten Seconds Studio gallery. Used a Tim Holtz texture fade to create the effect. Look how easy it is to jazz up objects. I tend to metal my world and now I see possibilities everywhere.

If you are having trouble blending with your Copics usually it is due to the quality of the paper you are using. Copics rely on the way the ink is absorbed into the paper. The pictures displayed are far from perfect and are just a quick play.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Had a play and have added a few more samples to the “other” gallery and the “tags” gallery in between ordering the latest 7 Gypsies, Prima and Tim Holtz ranges. Also ordered two complete ranges of Copics. Both the Ciao and Sketch markers. Plus loads of the best card stock, multiliners, airbrush systems and stamping ink to use with the copics.

We will be holding some workshops and will also blog about the best colour choices for making good looking gradients eg: skin tones, flowers, sky and water.

Another update already.
I have added a few more of Dianne’s latest tags to the Tags gallery.  As well as a couple of pieces made using Big and Juicy rainbow pads on glossy paper that can be found in the Other Stuff gallery

We are working out plans for the workshops at the moment, getting equipment and deciding what classes to begin with first. Thanks to all those that have shown interest and feel free to comment with feedback on your own suggestions.
Here a few more pictures of some stock now that things are taking shape.

Thanks Jason

With the online store going live very soon we are very busy. With huge amounts of stock arriving daily. We will be stocking all our favorite products and will be giving you sneak peaks over the coming days. We are constantly updating the galleries, be sure to check them out regularly for new ideas and inspiration.

I am definitely a fan of anything vintage, grunge and have quite dark taste as can be seen by some of my current projects. Jason is always telling me to diversify. I think he means “make something pink mum” He is the last one to talk as his tastes are very similar to mine.

Even though most of these projects are quite grunge inspired the techniques can be applied using many different tones and mediums to create very different styles. Whether it be exotic, nature inspired, floral, vintage, shabby chic, retro and even pretty pink.
